RULEBOOK ON THE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

This rulebook for the disciplinary procedure of the Macedonian Actuarial Association „Actuary” (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”), regulates the manner of implementation of the disciplinary procedure, i.e., it regulates the penalties, sanctions and measures for the members of the Association who will make a disciplinary offence in terms of this rulebook.

Article 2

The disciplinary procedure prescribed in this bylaw refers to the regular members, the associate members and the honorable members of the Association.
